This space is dedicated to my journey to claim my fitter body back. I have two lovely children and went through four pregnancies. I lost a lot of weight after my first born so I was expecting it to be easy to bounce back to my fit body after my second born. But reckless eating and sedentary lifestyle became my downfall. I am now in my quest to regain my Yummy Mum status not only for myself. This journey is also for my Darling Husband (DH), Darling First Born (DFB) and my Darling Bunso (DB). I owe it to myself and to them to be healthy and fit so we can enjoy life to the fullest!
